Cynthia Sloan (from United Methodist Special Program on Substance Abuse and Related Violence), Bob Martin (from Carolinas Healthcare System), and Alanna Brewton (also from Carolinas Healthcare System). In the first half of our show, we speak with Tom Hamilton and Rev. Cynthia Sloan about different ways addiction can manifest itself in a persons life, especially in regards to senior adults, baby boomers, or recently retired people. In our second half of the show, we are joined by Bob Martin and Alanna Brewton. We discuss what to do if you think you or a loved one may have a substance abuse problem as well as where to get help. Tune in to learn more about this crutial issue that affects so many people in Charlotte, the United States, and around the world.
